Edward started his property career in the mid-1990s by answering an advertisement in the Evening Standard newspaper which simply stated, "Estate Agents required, no experience necessary." What followed was a career that would give him an unrivalled knowledge of London's most sought-after neighbourhoods.

He began as a Sales Negotiator in Notting Hill, before moving to Kensington where he learned the art of property valuation. Those formative years gave him a genuine insider's understanding of both sides of the property transaction, experience that proved invaluable when he made the move to representing buyers exclusively.

Since his first acquisition for a client in Belgravia in 1999, Edward has remained determined to balance the scales in the buyers' favour. Stone Acquisitions was founded on that conviction, and it continues to guide every instruction he takes on.

Vanessa was born in London and has worked in the property sphere almost her entire professional life. And it shows. Growing up in a family with a background in development gave her an early, intuitive understanding of how property works: not just as a transaction, but as an investment, a home, and a long-term asset.

She built her career as a Senior Sales Negotiator in South Kensington, where she developed the sharp market knowledge and interpersonal skills that have since made her indispensable to Stone Acquisitions. Her in-depth knowledge and experience of nearly 30 years make her a natural for acquisition and corporate relocation, which have been her focus.

Vanessa brings a particular sensitivity to the relocation process. She understands that finding the right property is also about finding the right neighbourhood, the right schools, and the right fit for a family making a genuinely significant life decision.
