The Origin

They asked for more.
The home management service came about in much the same way as our acquisitions work. Our clients loved the experience we provided but were struggling to find anything similar for looking after their homes. They wanted something genuinely personal, genuinely professional, and genuinely attentive. So we built it.
We began offering home management services in early 2000, and the philosophy has never changed. Across everything we do, the priority is to give you a service that is professional and personal in equal measure: one that takes care of your home as carefully as you would yourself.

Property Inspections
Regular inspections to monitor your property for anything that needs attention: damp, structural concerns, systems failures. We catch small problems early, before they have a chance to become bigger ones. You receive a written report after every visit.
Systems Management
Maintaining and overseeing technologically advanced home systems: from security and CCTV to heating, lighting, and audio-visual installations. We make sure everything is working as it should, and coordinate with specialist contractors whenever it is not.
Key Holding
Secure key storage and management, providing access for tradespeople, deliveries, and contractors while you are away. We maintain a complete log of all access to your property.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Coordinating all aspects of upkeep: cleaning, gardening, pool care, redecoration, and general maintenance. We work with a trusted network of contractors and oversee the full scope of your property's ongoing needs.
Tailored & Bespoke Requirements
Complete home refurbishment project management, from initial design brief through to final snagging. Whether a single room or a full renovation, we manage the process so you do not have to.
